- Act as product owner as well as executor for the delivery tools and playbook
- Ensure consistent delivery practices across CTC, with focus on PE
- Drive delivery excellence through consistent coaching & upskilling strategy for delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement through measuring and incrementally improving delivery & quality KPIs
- Maximize “Failure RoI” through knowledge sharing & collective problem solving
- Ensure visibility of delivery performance through consistent dashboards & Reporting
- Maintain PE Program Board with clear visibility in to cross-portfolio dependencies issues and risks
- Manage and Publish PE level delivery health dashboards with insights and recommendations discovered through respective portfolio delivery review boards

- The team is comprised of delivery leaders from all across IT. It is lead by Delivery AVPs, Business System Analysts (BSA's), Delivery and QE Chapter Managers.
