Act as product owner as well as executor for the delivery tools and playbook
Ensure consistent delivery practices across CTC, with focus on PE
Drive delivery excellence through consistent coaching & upskilling strategy for delivery teams
Drive continuous improvement through measuring and incrementally improving delivery & quality KPIs
Maximize “Failure RoI” through knowledge sharing & collective problem solving
Ensure visibility of delivery performance through consistent dashboards & Reporting
Maintain PE Program Board with clear visibility in to cross-portfolio dependencies issues and risks
Manage and Publish PE level delivery health dashboards with insights and recommendations discovered through respective portfolio delivery review boards

The team is comprised of delivery leaders from all across IT. It is lead by Delivery AVPs, Business System Analysts (BSA's), Delivery and QE Chapter Managers.
