Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Analysts Identify skill gaps within the BA team and organize or facilitate training sessions to enhance their capabilities Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team members, offering constructive feedback and recognition for their contributions Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to allocate Business Analysts to various projects based on their expertise and availability Participate in test case review and proof of testing along with the BSAs for maintaining the quality standards Forecast the resource needs for the BA team based on upcoming projects and organizational priorities Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments to understand their needs and ensure effective communication between the BA team and these stakeholders	Technical Skills : Agile / SAFe Agile Tools and Methodologies Data Analysis DevOps Practices (high level) Requirements Gathering Business Analysis
