Primary Responsibilities: Establish & guide Value Management Office(VMO) of the organization. Drive the day-to-day actions of the SAFe® transformation throughout the organization. Support Lean Portfolio Management Guides and supports in managing the transformation backlog Foster lean-agile learning Coach leadership	Skills : Lean-Agile SAFe® Leadership coaching
