Portfolio Team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Defining the portfolio Vision & communicating same to required stakeholders and ART roles

• Portfolio Backlog management

• Manage the Lean budget

• Manage all the strategic decisions in alignment with the current state of the portfolio

• Foster continuous improvement throughtout the organization

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align the solution architecture with the Solution vision

• Manage the Portfolio flow with defined value streams

• Participate in Portfolio sync-up to have visibility into how well the portfolio is progressing toward meeting its strategic objectives
