Veracode is a security analysis tool. Security scanning using Veracode is an integral part of our solution development lifecycle and is required prior to production releases. It's encouraged to embed Veracode into CI pipelines early, so that issues are detected and fixed early, well before release. Veracode performs several types of security scanning on applications such as Static Analysis (SAST), Dynamic Analysis (DAST) and Software Composition Analysis (SCA)
