How to request access to Delivery Central

To access Delivery Central application -

Step 1. Open the CTC ServiceNow and raise the User Application Access request

Step 2. Fill the Employee information for whom the access to Delivery Central is being requested. For the “Cost Center” field use XXX or your existing Planview code.

Step 3. For the “What Applications do you require access to?“ section choose “Delivery Central”

Go to the next screen. Validate the Employee Information section, adjust if needed.

Step 5. Choose the Permissions Type. In most cases it’s “Add”.

Step 6. Choose the projects for permissions update, e.g.

Step 7. Choose the role:

Roles:

  • User - team member, who is able to view not restricted information in all modules for his unit (project/team) & also contribute to modules Health & Planner.

  • Key Staff - team lead (delivery lead, scrum master, etc.), who is able to read & write information in all modules, except financial information in Teams module.

Step 8. Fill the justification field explaining the reason/purpose of the access request. Submit.

 

Wait until the request is approved and fulfilled.

The access will be provided to both Production and Non-production applications -
