QE practices are defined for multi-speed (Agile and Waterfall) delivery programs. QE practices are repositories of processes, checklists, and templates by QE capability. Playbooks are expected to be progressively expanded based on the new solutions developed and rolled out to PODs/Squads for use. QE chapter team is the custodian of these playbooks and is responsible for maintaining and sharing with PODs/Squads. Capability teams like test environments management, test data management, test automation, and performance testing of the QE chapter collaborate with project teams periodically to receive feedback and update.
