Overview:

Agile Squads form the backbone of the SAFe® methodology by enabling organizations to scale Agile practices across multiple teams while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness. By working collaboratively in small cross-functional teams, Agile Squads can effectively deliver value in a fast-paced environment while embracing continuous improvement principles.

Agile Squad	Skills
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for developing new solutions or enhance existing solutions. Understand the collection of a series of technologies needed to complete a project/product. Create, test, and implement software programs utilizing programming languages. Improve productivity by designing & developing full-d build systems; implementing tools and scripts that enable efficient, flexible builds (Shell, Perl) Review and reprioritize the backlog as part of the prep work for Iteration Planning, including coordination of dependencies with Product Owners Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies Design, develop, and execute functional test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
