Business Analyst

Overview:

The Agile Business Analyst is responsible for providing business analysis services within an Agile framework. They work closely with the product owner, development team, and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business.

Business Analyst	Skills
Primary Responsibilities: Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog and board Prioritize backlog items basis user value, time, and other team dependencies determined in the PI/BRP planning event Review and reprioritize the backlog as part of the prep work for Iteration Planning, including coordination of dependencies with Product Owners Participate in requirement gathering and create user stories with acceptance criteria Participate in test case review and proof of testing Secondary Responsibilities: Understand the scope of the upcoming and User Stories Participate in the regression testing process	Technical Skills : Agile / SAFe Agile Tools and Methodologies Data Analysis DevOps Practices (high level) Requirements Gathering Business Analysis
Soft Skills: User Experience Product Vision User Story creation Acceptance testing
Tool Skills: SharePoint Jira/Jira Align Powerpoint Reporting Tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.) Confluence MS Azure DevOps
