Canadian Tire Corporation (“CTC”) has selected Coupa as the technology platform to streamline the non-merchandise procure-to-pay processes and enable electronic purchase orders (“PO”) and invoice processing. Coupa is a leading-edge cloud-based e-procurement system utilized by many major organizations to streamline their procure-to-pay (“P2P”) process.
CTC has only implemented Coupa for non-merchandise transactions paid by invoice. There is no change to the use of P-Cards, Concur or merchandise purchasing processes. “Non-merchandise” refers to supplies or services (mainly services) that are used by CTC and not resold to our customers.
To submit Coupa access requests (Add/Edit/Remove) for you or your team, please complete the Service Now Form called “Coupa User Access” - direct link:
For "Type of Access Requested", select "Basic User (Requisitioner) / Approver" in Service Now.
After your Manager approves the Service Now ticket - Please allow approx. 5 -10 business days to attain access to Coupa.
For Additions: When access has been granted to Coupa, you will receive an email from the Coupa Support team with further instructions.
