QE Chapter Manager Skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to the QE Chapter and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Define and maintain the competency framework for the QE Chapter.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the QE Chapter.

  • Ensure the Chapter's skills align with emerging QE trends and technologies.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption among QE professionals.

  • Collaborate with other Chapter Managers to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of QE roles within the ART.

  • Advocate for the QE Chapter, representing their interests to ART leadership.

  • Identify areas of improvement in the testing process, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the QE Chapter members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.

 

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential risks and issues related to quality and provide mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on software delivery.

  • Collaborate with the Release Management team to ensure smooth and timely release of software products, conducting appropriate quality gates and sign-offs.

  • Define and track key quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

  • Engage with business stakeholders and customers to understand their quality expectations and address concerns.

Technical Skills :
