Test Environment Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Demand/supply management of test environments in the region.

• Build test environments.

• Control security of the test environments.

• Resolve issues with test environments.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Track/close the tickets related to Environment Management.

• Resolve escalations related to environments, if any.

• On resolution of issues, inform the relevant team.

Technical Skills :

• Test Environment Management

• Analyse the log and investigate the Critical Blocker issues with respective components

• Setup the Triage call with respective teams to fix the issue at the earliest

• Work on root cause analysis once the issue is resolved and identify the action item to avoid that issue in future

• Communicate to project stakeholder to plan their work accordingly due to the Outages
