Overview
During the Iteration Retrospective, team members gather to review what went well, what didn't go as planned, and any lessons learned. They discuss process improvements, address challenges or bottlenecks, and identify action items to implement in future iterations. The retrospective provides an opportunity for open and honest communication, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the ART.
