The recording below provides an initial introduction to the Master Test Suite (MTS) approach, as well as a demonstration of the MTS testing process using a simple project example based on a theoretical retail type website.
The goal of the Introduction is to start helping teams to understand what the core ideas of the MTS approach are, as well as the capabilities and expected benefits of adopting this approach. Examples are given based on the Digital ODP team where this was first piloted.
The goal of the Demonstration is to show what all of these standards and practices look like so that teams can see what the steps and workflows are in qTest for a project operating in this model.
