Operating Model Capabilities

This is the blueprint for how value will be created and delivered continuously to targeted internal and external customers by uniquely collaborating people, processes, technology and infrastructure. It represents how teams will leverage these capabilities to achieve its strategic, business and product objectives.

To achieve this, multiple capabilities (Example - Product Organization, Continuous Planning, Continuous Integration, etc) within this would need to be orchestrated in a manner where they compliment and collaborate.

All these capabilities are foundational functions like - Supporting services, Collaborations, Process automation and Insights & Analytics (which are powered by various tools - covered in Tool Chain Architecture section)
